Organic Pumpkin Spice Fudge

Eating organic is one of the ways through you can stay healthy and strong throughout your life. Organic food don’t only gives you extra energy, but it also avoid some serious diseases like cancer and many others. The pesticides used to grow regular crops are very dangerous for human health and various researches has proved this thing.

Most of the people think that eating organic is very costly, which is not true at all. Yeah! It cost you some extra money but it saves your trips to doctors. Let’s took a look at this organic recipe and try to use organic ingredients only.

Organic pumpkin spice combines with white chocolate, toasted walnuts and a hint of sea salt in this simple fudge.

PREP TIME: 15 mins

COOK TIME: 5 mins + 4 hours to set


Use organic ingredients where possible.

1⁄4 cup pumpkin purée
1⁄4 cup sweetened condensed milk
1 tablespoon Vanilla Extract
2 teaspoons Ginger
1 teaspoon Cinnamon
A pinch of Ground Nutmeg
A pinch of Ground Cloves
1⁄4 teaspoon sea salt
1 pound white chocolate, finely chopped
1 cup chopped toasted walnuts

Line a 5×9-inch loaf pan with parchment paper so it overhangs the edges; set aside.
In a large bowl, stir pumpkin purée with sweetened condensed milk, vanilla, ginger, cinnamon, nutmeg, cloves and salt.
Melt chocolate in a heatproof bowl set over saucepan of barely simmering water, stirring occasionally.
Remove from heat and fold in pumpkin mixture until just combined. Stir in walnuts.
Scrape into prepared pan and smooth top. Chill for 4 hours or until set.
Remove fudge from pan by carefully lifting the parchment paper. Cut into 1-inch squares.


If you want to store this fudge, you can wrap the parchment paper around it and put it in an airtight container. Also, you can freeze this fudge to store it up to two weeks.
