For this recipe, all you need is four artichokes and that’s all! See! That’s how it’s easy.
First of all, you need to cut the artichoke stems and make them flat. Now, bring a large pot and place the artichokes in it. Add two inches of water in the pot and place a lid over it.
Now, place this pot over the heat for about 40 minutes or the stems get tender. Get a pair of tongs to remove the artichokes and put them on four plates.
